JN White Honored Among Rochester’s Best Family-Owned Businesses

We’re excited to share that JN White has been recognized in the In the Lead: Best Family-Owned Businesses in Rochester program, which celebrates outstanding family-owned companies making significant contributions to our region’s economy and community.

Founded in 1960 by James Neel White, JN White started as a small screen-printing operation in a spare bedroom in Perry, NY. Over the decades, we’ve grown into a premier ISO and ITAR certified manufacturer, specializing in Membrane Switches, Complex User Interfaces, Graphic Overlays, and Printed Flexible Heaters.

Under the leadership of Randy White and his family, JN White has expanded to 120 employees and continues to thrive through innovation, strategic acquisitions, and a strong commitment to our customers and community. Our team’s agility was especially evident during the pandemic, when we quickly pivoted manufacturing to produce innovative PPE equipment, earning the designation of “essential business” by New York State.

We’re honored to be part of Rochester’s vibrant business community and grateful for the continued support of our customers, partners, and dedicated team. If you know a great family-owned business deserving of future recognition, the Rochester Business Journal wants to hear from you!
