JN White Expands Capabilities with Installation of New HP 7000 Digital Press

At JN White, innovation and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do. We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to our production capabilities: the HP 7000 Digital Press. Installed in late August, this advanced press enhances our existing machinery and allows us to continue delivering high-quality solutions to our customers with even greater efficiency and precision.

Advancing Our Technology

The installation of the HP 7000 Press marks an exciting step forward in our commitment to staying at the forefront of the printing industry. This state-of-the-art equipment offers enhanced speed, accuracy, and versatility, allowing us to meet the evolving needs of our clients more effectively than ever. From improved color consistency to higher resolution prints, the HP 7000 brings a range of benefits that align with our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Certified Operator Training

Alongside the press installation, our team has been hard at work getting up to speed on this new technology. Jim Sturm and Jason Tillapaugh completed certified operator training in Georgia during the week of installation, and additional training is on the way. In September, Zach Bishopp will also receive hands-on training in Georgia, while David Sanderson will undergo remote training on the Digital Front End (DFE). This comprehensive training ensures that our team is fully equipped to maximize the capabilities of the HP 7000 Press, providing our customers with top-tier results.

Teamwork Behind the Scenes

Of course, the installation of such a major piece of equipment is no small task. We would like to extend a special thanks to Dave Frye, Sheldon Omans, and Casey Golde for their support in receiving, rigging, equipment connections, and clean-up throughout the installation process. Their efforts ensured that the transition was smooth and that the press was up and running as quickly as possible.

Looking Ahead

As we move forward with the HP 7000 Digital Press, we are excited to see the new possibilities it brings to our production line. This addition reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in cutting-edge technology to better serve our customers. Whether it’s faster turnaround times, more vibrant print quality, or the ability to handle more complex projects, the HP 7000 opens up new opportunities for both our team and our clients.

At JN White, our mission is to continuously innovate and improve. The HP 7000 Digital Press is a powerful tool that will help us do just that, and we look forward to exploring all it has to offer in the coming months. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in printing and manufacturing.

Thank you to everyone who made this installation possible—we can’t wait to show our customers what this new press can do!
