- Die-Cutting Precision – To tackle the challenge posed by the material’s thickness (0.062 ±), a customized solution was essential. JN White, in collaboration with their trusted die manufacturer, meticulously crafted a steel rule die. This meticulous engineering guaranteed precise die-cutting of the Formex-GK62 insulator, seamlessly meeting the assembly’s specifications and providing optimal protection for electronic components with finesse.
- Enhanced Fire Alarm System – The integration of this die cut component as an insulator elevated the remote annunciator, enhancing its functionality. The assembly, with an 80-character backlit LCD display, tactile/audible feedback, and RS-485 SBUS interface, delivers an intuitive and efficient user experience.
